Jubouri: If the quorum is achieved, we will open the fifth session of parliament

Speaker of the House of Representatives Salim al-Jubouri said on Monday that if the quorum is complete, parliament will open its fifth session.
Jubouri said during the parliamentary session, that "if the quorum is achieved, the House of Representatives will open its fifth session, while decided to adjourn the meeting for a quarter of an hour."
The House of Representatives decided on Monday to resume the agenda of its fourth session, headed by Salim Jubouri.
The House of Representatives is due to vote on Monday whether or not the Minister of Communications will answer the questions, in addition to reading some other laws.
