    [ltr]MP Hassan al-Khallati said on Tuesday that the provincial elections law reached the final voting stage, in that the parliament voted earlier on all paragraphs of the law except for one article related to the Kirkuk elections.[/ltr]
    [ltr]Al-Khallati said in an interview with the newspaper Al-Quds Al-Arabi and his follow-up, Mawazin News, that "the future alliances tend to" the stream of wisdom "to the masses and political figures, which believes in" building a modern and fair state in which the citizen feels that the state sponsor him, Found to serve him.
