[rtl]"Iraqis are building a dignified life, not destruction, and they have achieved a glorious victory in the world," Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi said Saturday. "Security goes hand in hand with development and reconstruction . "[/rtl]

[rtl]He said: "Today we remember the march of science, jihad and martyrdom, and the thinker of the century of science in the work until the victory and martyrdom were won. We also remember the martyrs of Halabja, the blessed Shaaban uprising, and whoever sacrificed for the sake of fighting. Ba'athist and Da'ashi terrorism .[/rtl]

[rtl]Abadi added that "the Baath and urged both wanted to destroy the country and emerged from the confrontation victorious, indicating that victory achieved great sacrifices and expensive for us and must be preserved .[/rtl]

[rtl]He referred to "the loud fatwa of Sayyed Ali al-Sistani's tolerance of an efficient jihad to defend Iraq at a time when the world said Iraq was over . "[/rtl]

[rtl]"We want a strong, compact country with a unified Iraq that plays an important role in the region and in the world," he said, referring to the political consensus that favors the interests of the country and its citizens .[/rtl]

[rtl]"   We want to build relations with countries on the basis of common interests and do not want relations to provide the interests of the other to our national interest, " Abadi said .[/rtl]

[rtl]He pointed out that "any conflict that occurs in the region will show   terrorist groups, and this is not in the interest of anyone, pointing out that it is not on the day of the detection of terrorist cells and chasing them in cities and deserts and towns .[/rtl]

[rtl]He warned of those who lurk and wait for any terrorist act to attack the government and the security forces, and that is helping the terrorists because terrorism wants this to be media .[/rtl]

[rtl]"It is important that the elections not be a band point but a meeting point, stressing the importance of having a code of honor among all the contenders," he said.[/rtl]
