    Prime Minister Haider Abadi stressed the need to focus on providing job opportunities for Iraqi youth and reforming the banking system. He expressed his optimism that Iraq will be a "shining example" in the region, while the World Bank expressed admiration for the economic policies of the Iraqi government.

    The media office of Prime Minister Haider Abadi said in a statement received by "Baghdad Post" a copy of it, that the latter received "high-level delegation from the World Bank, and during the meeting to emphasize the excellent cooperation between the World Bank and the Iraqi government and support for its reform and development programs, Results of the Kuwait Conference for the reconstruction of Iraq.
     
    The statement added that Abadi expressed appreciation for the confidence of the World Bank in the Iraqi government and welcome the high-level delegation that is visiting Iraq in light of the transition from a break-up phase to reconstruction in liberated areas and all provinces. He stressed the need to focus on the goal of providing job opportunities for Iraqi youth and reforming the banking system "He said.

    "What happened in Kuwait (the Kuwait International Conference for the Reconstruction of Iraq) is a global demonstration of confidence in Iraq," Ebadi said, expressing optimism that Iraq would be a shining example in the region.

    For his part, World Bank Vice President Ghanem Hafez stressed "the confidence of the World Bank and the international community in the Iraqi government and admiration for its economic policies that will lead to further economic growth," noting that "the World Bank aims to work with the Iraqi government to achieve reconstruction and increase growth in all governorates Iraq and provide thousands of jobs for young people. "
     
    In another context, the prime minister called on the provinces to abide by their water quotas, while demanding that no promises of employment be made for electoral reasons.
     
    "Efforts must be focused to promote victory, achieve security and stability, find a sound base and an appropriate environment for reconstruction, improve services and provide employment opportunities for young people and graduates by encouraging investments, attracting companies and supporting the private sector, which is an active partner in the Iraqi economy," Abadi said on the sidelines of his meeting. "He said.
     
    On the issues of water and electricity, Abbadi stressed that "we need serious cooperation and commitment to quotas and we want to distinguish between one province and another," calling for "cooperation, justice, equity and good management of water to suffice all provinces."
