    [ltr]BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Iraq's electoral commission on Saturday ended the debate on the results of the parliamentary elections, announcing the results of the final vote, which came close to the partial results already announced.[/ltr]
    [ltr]The final results put the Sadrists, backed by the Sadrist movement, in first place, with 54 seats out of 329 parliamentary seats.[/ltr]
    [ltr]According to the final results of the Iraqi parliamentary elections, the process of forming the new government will be subject to 3 scenarios:[/ltr]
    [ltr]The first scenario[/ltr]
    [ltr]The formation of an alliance of the list of Saron (54 seats) with the stream of wisdom (19) seats and the list of victory (42) seats, the national (21 seats) and the Iraqi decision (12 seats).[/ltr]
    [ltr]But if that coalition wins, it will be a deficient success. It will not force these forces together to achieve the "golden figure," half plus one (166 seats) needed to form a government.[/ltr]
    [ltr]So, the coalition will have to move towards the Kurdish Democratic Party led by Massoud Barzani (25) seats, being the closest to the rejection of the Iranian project.[/ltr]
    [ltr]This may be the only obstacle to the formation of such an alliance against the Iranian project, if the Kurds hold conditions impossible.[/ltr]
    [ltr]The second scenario[/ltr]
    [ltr]The formation of an alliance that includes the list of the opening led by Amiri (48) seats with the rule of law led by al-Maliki (26) seats, with the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (18) seats.[/ltr]
    [ltr]Together, these forces will constitute only 91 seats, meaning they will be far from implementing the project to form a new government in Iraq.[/ltr]
    [ltr]Scenario III[/ltr]
    [ltr]There is a possibility for Tehran's success in re-activating the National Alliance and the coalition of "Suron" with the list of "conquest" with the stream of wisdom and victory and exclude Maliki to satisfy the Sadrists, a hypothesis so far seems very difficult, but not impossible.[/ltr]
