    [ltr]Oil futures offset earlier losses on Friday, but US crude is heading for a second consecutive week under pressure from US production and expectations of OPEC production increases.[/ltr]
    [ltr]US WTI rose 11 cents to $ 67.15 a barrel, recovering from a low of $ 66.81 a barrel after falling nearly 2 percent on Thursday.[/ltr]
    [ltr]Global Brent crude <LCOc1> was little changed in the previous session, but rose 16 cents to $ 77.72 a barrel on Friday after trading at $ 77.36 a barrel on Friday.[/ltr]
    [ltr]The WTI is heading down 1.5 percent after falling last week by about 5 percent, while Brent is up 1.3 percent to widen the gap between the two.[/ltr]
