The Sunday Times reported that the British Anti-Crime Agency will expand its investigations into Russian citizens associated with the Russian leadership and may freeze their accounts in the UK.
"The team of investigators is now looking at the possibility of issuing 120 to 140 custody orders on funds that are of" unclear origin, "said Donald Tonn, director of the Department of Economic Crimes Control at the Internet, stressing that the investigators' efforts focus on fighting the corrupt elite who have acquired their money in a way legitimacy.
