Law on ratification of agreement on the encouragement and protection of investment between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Republic of Armenia

Based on what was approved by the House of Representatives and approved by the President of the Republic on the basis of the provisions of clause (I) of Article (61) and item (iii) of Article (73) of the Constitution
Law issued the following:

Law
The ratification of the Convention on the promotion and protection of investment between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Republic of Armenia
Article 1 - to ratify the Convention on the promotion and protection of investment between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Republic of Armenia signed in Baghdad 7/11/2012.
Article -2 - This law shall be from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Reasons
With the aim of encouraging and protecting investment between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the purpose of the ratification of the Convention on the promotion and protection of investment between the two parties.

The ratification of the Convention on the promotion and protection of investment between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Republic of Armenia
Article 1 - to ratify the Convention on the promotion and protection of investment between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Republic of Armenia signed in Baghdad 7/11/2012.
Article -2 - This law shall be from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Reasons
With the aim of encouraging and protecting investment between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the purpose of the ratification of the Convention on the promotion and protection of investment between the two parties.
