    The Iraqi cabinet held its regular session on Tuesday under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, during which the vote was taken to exclude the Ministries of Defense and Interior from the deletion of grades resulting from the movement of owners.

    The cabinet reviewed the measures taken by the government delegation and the ministerial committee that went to Basra province and took a set of recommendations regarding projects in Basra and desalination plants.     The two projects have been voted on to design and establish a stadium with a capacity of 30,000 spectators in the capital Baghdad and the design and construction of the stadium of Diwaniyah Olympic capacity of 30,000 spectators.

    The Council of Ministers also decided to authorize the Minister of Education to take the exams of the third round of the classes ended for the intermediate and intermediate school and the Raspin not more than three lessons.

    The Council was obliged to comply with the Central Admission Schedule approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research without waiting for the results of the third round.

    The session witnessed the vote on the draft air transport agreement between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the United States of America.

    The Council of Ministers voted to extend the placement of Christian employees from the employees of government departments affiliated to the ministries of the federal government working in the departments of the Kurdistan Region who did not complete the third placement year for one year until 1-10-2018. Otherwise, the employee who is not engaged in his work is resigned according to law, Those who are interested in obtaining a five-year leave are exempt from the regulations or leave for one year without pay for those who do not qualify for the five-year vacation.

    Maintenance contracts with GE were voted for the summer of 2019.

    The council voted to waive the rent allowances for agricultural lands for those not covered by the water quota.

    It was voted that the Ministry of Planning set up controls and mechanisms to grant a certain weight of the weight of the assignment to the tenders.
