    [ltr]The Secretary of the Political Bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Fadhil Mirani, said the cancellation of the negatives that were in the decisions of the government of former Prime Minister Haider Abadi should be one of the main tasks of the government of Adel Abdul Mahdi, while stressing that the region defined his demands through a program presented to Abdul Mahdi. 
    "As far as the government program is concerned, we have briefed Mr. Adel Abdul Mahdi on our opinion as much as is needed, and the program is not bad at all, but it is important to implement the program," Mirani said in a televised interview. "It was also the program of the previous government. On the issue of the Peshmerga, political prisoners, the share of Kurdistan and the displaced. " 
    "The Iraqi constitution is a good constitution in general, but whether the governments have taken it legally, they have dealt with it selectively and issued laws on what is needed, and imposed some of these laws on us as the law of elections passed by the majority, and we were affected by that law." 
    He continued: "Articles 105, 140 and 106 of the Constitution were not implemented, so the rule of Iraq was not based on institutional, and therefore will not prejudge the government of Adel Abdul Mahdi." 
    Mirani stressed that "the abolition of the negatives that were in the government of Haider Abadi, the main tasks of the government of Adel Abdul Mahdi, and what was issued in that period from the parliament was not laws, but was decisions, and decisions can be canceled by decisions, especially those relating to dealing with the Kurdistan region after Referendum ".[/ltr]
