BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi did not send the name of a new candidate to the Education Ministry, citing the existence of a dispute over the body entrusted with the nomination by the majority of deputies, Dulaimi said in a press statement, "The Presidency of the House of Representatives has not received so far any book from the Prime Minister candidate or candidate for education," asserting that "today's session will be free to vote on the candidate of the education portfolio." She added that "the failure of the parliament to pass the Ministry of Education candidates inside the parliament is related to the body responsible for the nomination and may be a disagreement with them by the majority of the members of the Council," demanding "to change the authority or the task of the Prime Minister's freedom to choose exclusively to end the crisis candidate education[/size]
