A member of the parliamentary legal committee accused Hussein al-Oqabi, Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi of favoring the Kurds out of personal dimension in his relationship with the Kurdish leadership, pointing out that Abdul Mahdi has nothing to do with the Constitution. "The Kurdistan referendum was a strategic mistake," he said, noting that "what happened in the Kurdistan referendum almost complicated the regional scene." He added that "the relationship between the Kurdish leadership in Abdul-Mahdi, a personal dimension," pointing out that "the delivery of oil imports of Kurdistan to Baghdad was characterized by the requirement to pay the debt of the region." He continued, "It is not logical to request Erbil to pay the salaries of its employees without giving Baghdad any authority over the region," stressing that "Kurdistan received 108 trillion from 2003 to 2016." Al-Oqabi considered that "the closure of the Kurdistan Parliament is a crime against the political system in Iraq." He pointed out that "Adel Abdul Mahdi is a man who has nothing to do with the constitution." He said that "the performance of the government miserable and there is a decline in the implementation of some files," pointing out that "non-oil revenues in Kurdistan must be delivered to Baghdad." He noted that "Kurdistan does not hand over the real number of its employees to Baghdad."[/size]
