On Wednesday, a member of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Majed Shankali, said that the political blocs will present five candidates to Allawi for each ministry, where the choice will be available to him, pointing out that the Kurdish blocs will not waive their constitutional entitlements.
Shakali said in a televised statement that "the blocs will present five candidates to Allawi for each ministry, and the choice is up to him."
He added, "The Kurdish blocs will not give up their constitutional entitlements, and they are ready to negotiate according to specific conditions, but they will not concede."
