[rtl]Baghdad ( NINA ) - The leader of the victory coalition, former Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, said that the government of Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kazimi is transitional, preparing for the upcoming elections, stressing at the same time the importance of ensuring the independence of the Electoral Commission.
Al-Abadi said in a press statement: "Al-Kazemi treated professionally in the relationship of the intelligence service with the rest of the countries, hoping that he would maintain professional relations between Iraq and the rest of the countries, and I imagine that there is an intention to support and support him."
Al-Abadi added: "The administration of the intelligence service differs from the state administration, and it must give Al-Kazemi the opportunity and take measures and decisions during the next few period, and he is facing a new political phase that is more difficult to deal with the political blocs."
He pointed out: "The transitional government of Al-Kazemi prepares for the elections and the independence of the commission must be ensured, indicating that the selection of judges to manage it is a big mistake, expressing his hope that this matter will be changed because it is illegal and these judges should resign and refer them to retirement and choose another commission."
Al-Abadi expressed his support for the ministerialization of professional political supporters and the error that some party blocs wanted to bring personalities under the pretext of technocrats, but for the purposes of their own partisanship, indicating that "the parliamentary system must have a political presence in it and in our parliamentary system we need a political balance."
He said: "In the Al-Kazemi government, I saw great independence. After the Eid, most of its ministers will pass, and the division of Al-Kazemi's ministries was done on the basis of the components, but there are professional ministers."
He continued, "She was nominated and rejected by the Ministry of Finance and Foreign Affairs, just as the ministries previously rejected in the Mahdi government."
He pointed out: "Al-Kazemi from the beginning announced that he would choose the Minister of the Interior and Defense himself and would not accept to interfere in this matter and he followed a clear and wise policy and his rule was applied to all." Officially also. "
Concerning economic problems and the drop in oil prices, Al-Abadi saw: "There are two oil problems, namely the global recession and expenditures. Before the drop in oil prices, we had a large deficit and near bankruptcy, where the budget deficit was approximately 52 trillion dinars, despite the rise in oil prices at that time and now the oil is around 25 dollars and the government The former did not pay the dues of the oil companies in the first quarter of this year.
Al-Abadi said: "The Abdul-Mahdi government brought the economic situation to collapse and today we are facing a real problem and we need approximately 4 billion dollars a month to cover salaries and retirement expenses. The salaries of the new recruits were not covered and Iraq’s revenue for the past month is less than 1.5 billion dollars, which means that there is a large deficit In securing salaries, there are other things, such as the ration card and the second operational matters.
Regarding the treatments, Al-Abadi said: “Turkey and Iran are heading to float their currency now and floating the currency produces inflation and raises prices that harm the low-income, as well as printing the currency as one of the options of the current government while reducing spending.” He pointed out that “reducing the value of the Iraqi dinar raises the price of imported goods and supports the domestic product and thus We encourage local industry. "
He explained that "the previous government was unable to pay salaries in the first month of the crisis, and we may face a crisis during the next month." The former committed a crime by paying the salaries of the last month by borrowing, indicating that people must be honest with the difficult economic reality ./ End[/rtl]
