On Monday, Al-Mahaj Al-Watani bloc expected secret deals to be concluded from under the table to pass the region's share of the budget in exchange for future alliances.
"The MP for the national approach, Mazen Al-Faili, said to / information / Kurdish delegations that are now discussing the region’s share of the budget did not meet with any deputy, but the dialogues are limited to certain personalities."
He added that all the dialogues that take place about the region’s share are not technical, but rather political, for the purpose of consensus on it, indicating that "if there was a technical dialogue, the budget would have been decided at an early date."
"There are expectations and concerns about concluding deals from under the table in secret to pass the region's share of the budget without handing over imports in exchange for future alliances or other political deals," Al-Faili said.
