    Al-Noor News / Baghdad
, Bashir Al-Haddad, Deputy Speaker of the Iraqi Council of Representatives, ruled out, on Thursday, to proceed with the approval of the federal budget for 2021 at the mid-session next week.

Al-Haddad said in a statement to reporters in Erbil that it is difficult to pass the financial budget in next Monday’s session because the Federal Court’s law has not been approved yet.

He stressed that another special session for the budget should be set.
