Today, Wednesday, the Parliamentary Culture, Tourism and Antiquities Committee announced the launch of reconstruction projects for the city of Samarra, the capital of Islamic civilization, within the next few days.
The head of the committee, Samia Al-Ghalab, said in a statement issued after her visit to the city of Samarra, accompanied by Deputy Ali Al-Hamidawi, and received by Al-Nab'a Agency, that "the Culture Committee, as a member of the committee overseeing the implementation of the Samarra Law, the capital of Islamic civilization, visited the historic holy city, and met with the governor of Salah al-Din in order to launch Projects defined by law. "
She added that "the reconstruction projects will include all the joints and alleys of the city, as well as infrastructure and tourism and provide all services to visitors to the city."
