{Economic: Al Furat News} The Parliamentary Finance Committee announced a surplus in financial imports from the sale of crude oil.
Committee member Shirwan Mirza told {Euphrates News}: "There is no large budget deficit, and with the rise in oil prices, we find a very small deficit and there is a surplus in oil revenues."
He pointed out that "the financial deficit in the budget ranges between four trillion dinars or less."
He stressed that "the government and the Ministry of Finance bear the responsibility for not implementing the budget items," noting that "the government's justifications for not implementing the items are not convincing despite the difficulties, but it is their responsibility to overcome them."
