Shafaq News/ Sources in the "OPEC +" alliance revealed today, Monday, that the commitment of the member states of the alliance to oil cuts decreased slightly to 115 percent last September.
And Reuters news agency quoted two sources in the coalition, saying that the decline in the commitment of the member countries to the oil cuts shows that some members are still facing production problems, according to their agreed quotas due to various technical problems.
They added that Russia raised its production of oil and gas condensate to 10.84 million barrels per day in the period from 1 to 17 October, from an average of 10.72 million barrels per day last month.
Oil prices rose to their highest levels in years today, Monday, with the continued recovery of demand from the Covid-19 pandemic, and the trend of countries towards oil with the rise in gas and coal prices.
