{Local: Al Furat News} The Central Anti-Corruption Criminal Court in Baghdad's Karkh/Federal Appeal Presidency issued a severe two-year prison sentence to the Director General of the Tax Authority in Iraq and to the directors of the departments.
The media center of the Supreme Judicial Council stated that "the judgment was issued as a result of the severe damages for not calculating the taxes incurred by the company (Key Card)."
He added, "The decision was issued in accordance with the provisions of Article 340 of the Iraqi Penal Code.
