On Friday, Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi issued a directive regarding people with special needs on the occasion of their International Day.
Al-Kazemi said in a tweet via Twitter, which was followed by / Mawazine News /, "I offer the most beautiful and warmest congratulations to my loved ones and my family of people with special needs on the occasion of their International Day."
He continued, "I directed the competent authorities to start preparing for a law that guarantees the transformation of the Commission for the Care of People with Special Needs in Iraq into an independent body that provides the services and care required for this confident and accomplished Iraqi segment."
