    Al-Rikabi continued, "The worker in the private and private sector deserves a pension after 15 years, and the next parliamentary session may witness the adoption of important laws related to important segments."
    He pointed out that "the Social Protection Fund recovered 80 billion dinars during the current year from the violators," adding, "more than 37 thousand employees and 12 thousand employees exceeded the protection salaries, and the salaries of trespassers were suspended until the protection salaries are paid, and up to 12 thousand retirees receive social protection salaries." . 
    Al-Rikabi stressed, "The return of 32 billion dinars from Key Card, and its exposure to pressure during the election period for propaganda purposes, and that the ministry bears burdens comparable to more than 3 million ministries."
    With regard to the percentage of foreign workers in Iraq, Al-Rikabi said, "The percentage of foreign workers in Iraq reaches 80% in various commercial sectors, but we will not accept the marginalization of the Iraqi worker for the account of foreign workers.

    He continued, "The Ministry of Labor is not responsible for the entry of foreign workers and is not a security apparatus," blaming the Residence Department in the Ministry of Interior responsible for "granting visas to foreigners without returning to the Ministry of Labor," revealing that "there are 18,000 Bangladeshi workers and 2,000 Iraqi workers in the Holy Karbala refinery and the law The work is a fee for a foreigner's entry.
