    [size=45]Today, Wednesday, the Kurdistan Regional Council of Ministers confirmed the decision of the Federal Court regarding oil in the region unconstitutional.
    [size=45]A statement by the region stated that "the Kurdistan Regional Council of Ministers held its weekly meeting headed by Masrour Barzani and in the presence of Qubad Talabani's deputy."[/size]
    [size=45]And he added, "At the beginning of the meeting, Barzani briefed about the visit of the delegation of the Kurdistan Regional Government to the State of Qatar, as well as participation in the Munich Security Conference."[/size]
    [size=45]Barzani indicated that "the delegation clarified in its meetings the position of the Kurdistan region on all relevant issues, and stressed that the Kurdistan Region is an important factor to achieve security and stability in the region."[/size][/size]

    [size=45]He continued, "The Council discussed the recent decision issued by the Federal Supreme Court on 15/2/2022 regarding the oil and gas sector in the Kurdistan Region, and after extensive and comprehensive discussions about the decision, the Council concluded that the Federal Supreme Court's decision regarding the oil and gas of the Kurdistan Region is unconstitutional and unfair." “.[/size]
    [size=45]He added that "the Kurdistan region will continue its efforts to protect and defend the constitutional rights and authorities stipulated in the Iraqi constitution, for which most Iraqis voted in 2005."[/size]
