Earth News/ Today, Thursday, the Federal Public Service Council issued a clarification regarding the electronic window for certificate holders and top performers.
The official spokesman of the Federal Public Service Council, Wissam Al-Lahibi, said in a statement received by "Earth News" that "there are a number of points related to the electronic window for amending the information and codes of holders of higher and first degrees."
    He added, "These points are:
First: The Service Council presents the information received from the Ministry of Education as it is in order to check it to see if it needs correction or change.
Second: Amending data or correcting errors is the exclusive responsibility of higher education, and the Council cannot amend any information.
Third: All objections are dealt with electronically and sent to the concerned authorities (universities and the missions department) and are checked and corrected if necessary.
He added, "The messages that we receive on the council's e-mail are summarized in the following cases:
    1. One of the first applicants asks about the absence of his name. The answer is according to the secretariat letter attached, a copy of it on the website. It is not covered by the law, because the first three counts for the evening and morning studies combined, and not for the morning and evening studies separately.
    2. Another asks the user name and password do not work despite the presence of his name, and the answer is to review the university from which he graduated to obtain the correct code, as the Council has completed the system for following up on these cases and sent an official letter to train cadres since the date of the 16th of last February.
    3. A third also asks that there is wrong information in his account and how to submit an objection? The answer is that there is a special profile explaining how to submit an objection, and it can be downloaded from the site.”
