    Deputy for the Kurdistan Alliance, on Sunday, providing the coalition Kurdish negotiating paper to form a government within the next two days, and among that the paper will include a number of points, including the launch of the salaries of the staff of the region and the allocation of funds for the displaced, said the meeting of members of the delegation with Prime Minister-designate Haider Abadi on this and other points .

    Shaways said in an interview with the (long-Presse) that "the Kurdish negotiating paper will be submitted to Prime Minister-designate Haider Abadi, through the negotiating committee of the Kurdistan Alliance during the next two days."

    Shaways added that "the launch of the paper will include the salaries of the Kurdistan region and the region's share of the budget and the allocation of funds for displaced people who are in the Kurdistan region," adding that "the negotiator, the Kurds will have a meeting with Haider Abadi on these demands and other demands."

    The President of the Republic Fuad Masum formally charged in (the 11th of August 2014 Current) leader of the Islamic Dawa Party, Haider al-Abadi, the formation of the new government, replacing Prime Minister outgoing Nuri al-Maliki, while announced the last-in, (14th of August), pull his candidacy and support the National Alliance candidate, Abadi, to form a new government.
