The Kurdish politician, Farhad Ala Al-Din, said today, Saturday, that the Central Bank of Iraq is emptying the state's treasury at a time when the Sadrist movement and the coordination framework are dueling for power.
Aladdin said, via "Facebook", that "the current and the framework are jockeying for power, and the central bank continues to empty the state's treasury, as last week's sales amounted to 1.27 billion dollars."
He added, "Everyone knows that there is a fatal recession in the markets, so how can materials worth more than 2.5 billion dollars be imported in two weeks?"
He asked, "Can the bank publish a list of imported materials during this period?"
