    On Tuesday, Muqtada al-Sadr, a close associate of the leader of the Sadrist movement, issued a clarification regarding the latter's speech he delivered today, specifically what was stated in it regarding "the killer and the murdered."

It will be said: O Messenger of Allah.[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]This killer, so what about the murdered? He said because he wanted to kill. The first condition for that is: (with their sword) i.e. with resorting to weapons.” He pointed out that “His Eminence’s words were accurate and clear, and did not include those who did not use weapons.”
