Baghdad / Obelisk: The State Administration Coalition seeks to resolve the government file in the next parliament session, before an expected escalation by opponents of the coordination framework in particular, and the October demonstrators. Sources say that there is some hope that the Sadrist movement will grant him 6 ministerial portfolios out of the total ministerial portfolios for the Shiite component, in return for his participation in the government and the passing of the framework candidate.
The "Coalition of State Administration", which brings together the main Shiite, Sunni and Kurdish political forces, held a meeting, last Saturday, to discuss the completion of the movement to form the new Iraqi government in the office of the leader of the Wisdom Movement, Ammar al-Hakim.
The coalition renewed its readiness to open a serious dialogue with the Sadrist movement to reach an understanding on the management of the next stage.
The coalition demanded the leadership of the two Kurdish parties resolve the presidential candidate or the selection mechanism and set a timetable for its resolution.
Sources talk about that the offer submitted to the Sadrist movement, will not produce results, because the movement that forced its 74 deputies to resign from Parliament and was able to win ten ministries and other important positions once it participates with the framework, will not accept the offer.
But it is certain that the political forces are still testing the reactions of the leader of the Sadrist movement to the issue of the nomination of the Sudanese in particular.
And the Coordination Framework channels send messages to the political forces, about the decision of the position of Prime Minister for Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani.
Analysts read the developments, that the coordination framework (led) Nuri al-Maliki, succeeded in forming the largest bloc, after the Sadrist withdrawal, which the framework employed in his favor effectively, contrary to what was expected.
Attention is directed to the nearest parliamentary session to resolve the choice of the President of the Republic and the ministers, as the framework appears enthusiastic and urgent to resolve, in response to the pressure of the street.
But there are those who see that the path is moving towards a new station other than deciding the nomination of Muhammad Shia, which is the dialogue station under the auspices of the United Nations and with the participation of the Sadrist movement. The political forces will lead to the withdrawal of Sudan's candidacy and the return of the Sadrist bloc's deputies. However, sources in the framework told Al-Masala that the issue of withdrawing Al-Sudani's candidacy is out of the question, as a condition for dialogue, coinciding with information that the Kurdistan Democratic Party does not reject Al-Sudani's candidacy.
But the international factor is important to the framework, as the framework leaders held meetings with Western ambassadors in preparation for the formation of the Sudanese government.
