Today, Monday, Nizar Muhammad Saeed assumed his duties as Minister of Environment from his predecessor, Minister of Health, Saleh Al-Hasnawi.
The Ministry of Environment said in a statement, "Nizar Muhammad Saeed assumed his duties as Minister of Environment from his predecessor, Saleh Mahdi al-Hasnawi (the acting Minister of Health and Environment), officially at the Ministry of Environment's headquarters, in the presence of the ministry's undersecretaries and general managers."
She added, "The Minister of Health blessed the Minister of Environment, wishing him success in this mission in service of the honorable Iraqi people."
