    The Jordanian army announced in a statement on Sunday that it will deploy military forces and vehicles on the road leading from Queen Alia International Airport to the Dead Sea region, to secure a regional summit, the "Baghdad Conference for Cooperation and Partnership", which brings together Together Iraq and neighboring countries with the participation of France, similar to the Baghdad conference in August 2021.

    The conference, which will be held “with the participation of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Egypt, Iraq, and a number of countries expected to participate, including France,” will discuss “challenges related to food security, drug security, and energy security.” in the region and the world,” according to the statement.
    And the Elysee announced on the fourth of December that French President Emmanuel Macron will participate in the “Baghdad 2” conference, which will bring together major countries in the region, including Iran and Saudi Arabia, with Iraq after a first edition in the Iraqi capital. in August 2021.
    Conference participants will meet at the King Hussein Bin Talal Center on the Dead Sea coast.
    The Elysee said: "It is about providing support, stability, security and prosperity for Iraq and dealing with the entire region since Iraq is a basic country" by addressing common problems such as global warming and food security.
