Today, Tuesday morning, the exchange rates of the dollar against the dinar are witnessing a relatively high rate in the local markets in the capital, Baghdad.
The central Al-Kifah and Al-Harithiya stock exchanges recorded 158,500 Iraqi dinars for 100 dollars this morning.
Also, the buying and selling prices in exchange shops in the local markets in Baghdad recorded an increase, as the selling price reached 160,000 dinars, while the purchase price reached 159,000 dinars for every 100 dollars.
Yesterday, Monday, the last update of the exchange rate of the dollar in the exchanges before the stock exchanges closed, in which the sale amounted to: 158,000 thousand dinars per 100 dollars, while the purchase amounted to: 157,000 thousand dinars per 100 dollars.
This increase is the first since 2020, when Parliament approved the general budget for approval by the Central Bank at an official exchange rate of 146,000 dinars.
