[size=45]A spokesman for the Ministry of Planning, Abdul Zahra Al-Hindawi, stated that the next stage will witness the resumption of work on lagging projects.[/size]
[size=45]Al-Hindawi said, "The lagging projects are distributed in various industrial and agricultural sectors, transport and communications, buildings and services, and regional development projects that governments in the provinces are looking forward to implementing."[/size]
[size=45]He added that "the completion rates of lagging projects are different and were classified into two categories, the first with rates below 10%, and the second with a percentage higher than 10% until it reaches very advanced stages."[/size]
