    Yes Iraq: Baghdad

Today, Saturday, the Strategic Center for Human Rights in Iraq warned of the danger of the collapse of the Iraqi dinar against the US dollar.
The deputy head of the center, Hazem al-Rudaini, said in a statement that the depreciation of the Iraqi dinar led to an increase in the number of unemployed people and the cessation of many private projects, as a result of the high prices of raw materials and the increase in poverty rates due to the large increase in food prices.
Al-Rudaini called on the government to take quick steps to preserve the value of the Iraqi dinar, impose specific prices on basic foodstuffs, and work to support the agricultural and industrial sectors.
And with the continued rise in dollar prices, salaries lost 10% of their value, as the average salary of 600,000 dinars was equivalent to more than 400 dollars, while it is now 360 dollars.
