Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) -The independent MP, Sabah al-Saadi, revealed that he sent 18 judicial suitcases to the parliament and the judiciary against the head of the Federal Court, Midhat al-Mahmoud, and the Legal Expert, Tariq Harb, for being involved in cutting the ears of the escaped soldiers of the Iraqi Army during the former Iraqi-Iranian war.

In a press conference held at the parliament building, Saadi accused “The government or, what he called, the ruling party of being aligned one side regarding the procedures of the Justice and Accountability Commission,” noting that “The government is the beneficiary side from keeping some officials in their posts to keep the authority against the democratic process in Iraq.”

“The suitcases were sent to the parliament Speaker, Osama al-Nijaifi and the Supreme Judicial Council to be acquainted with and talking the suitable action,” he concluded.
