Planning announces the details of the Social Fund for Development plan

{Economic: Al Furat News} Today, Sunday, the Ministry of Planning announced the details of the annual plan of the Social Fund for Development for the current year 2023, which came in accordance with the priorities set by the government program.
The official spokesman for the ministry, Abdul-Zahra Al-Hindawi, said in a statement, a copy of which {Euphrates News} received, that "the Social Fund for Development plan for the first semester will cover the first three months of the current year (January, February and March) and includes the implementation of community mobilization campaigns in Basra Governorate, in addition to To study and select projects and complete their requirements in the governorates of Salah al-Din (the third phase), Maysan (the second phase), Muthanna (the third phase), Kirkuk (the second phase) and Nineveh (the third phase).
He added, "The plan also includes auditing the technical statements for projects in Erbil Governorate (the first phase), as well as signing contracts for the implementation of (14) projects in Nineveh Governorate (the first phase) and (5) projects for Diwaniyah Governorate (the first phase) and (5) projects in the Governorate of Dhi Qar (first phase) with (4) other projects.
Al-Hindawi explained, "While the next stages that cover the rest of the remaining months of the year will include many details that aim to include the poorest villages and regions, with service projects in the field of health, education, water, electricity, and roads projects."
