    The National Retirement Authority, one of the formations of the Ministry of Finance, announced, on Sunday, the start of disbursing the end-of-service gratuity for the August 2023 meal, with a total of (12473) entries, and a total amount of 87.06 billion dinars.
    The media office of the Ministry of Finance stated, in a statement received by "Al-Iqtisad News", that "in implementation of the package of measures to support the retirees segment issued by Prime Minister Muhammad Shia'a Al-Sudani, and with the follow-up of the head of the National Retirement Authority, Maher Hussein Rashid, the National Retirement Authority, one of the formations of the Ministry of Finance, announced the start of disbursing the end reward." Service for August 2023 meal with a total of (12473) registrations, and a total amount of 87,067,212,492 billion dinars, for the following categories:

    - End of service reward for retirees (civilian and military) with a number of (9539) registrations

    - End of service reward for the martyrs and wounded of the Ministry of Defense with a number ( 2487 entries

    End-of-service reward for the martyrs and wounded of the Ministry of Interior, with a number of (319) records.-

    Prisoners whose detention period is less than a month, with a number of (58) records.-

    End-of-service reward for the martyrs and wounded of the Popular Mobilization Forces, with a number of (44) records.

    - The injured victims of terrorism whose infection rate is less than 30% with (26) entries

    .


    In the same context, the head of the commission affirmed that "the commission operates in accordance with the standards of integrity and transparency, as it is considered a partner in implementing the national strategy for integrity and combating corruption, by adopting the required amendments and mechanisms adopted by the commission to avoid loopholes that the corrupt exploit."
