Shafaq News/ On Sunday, the General Traffic Directorate in Iraq held an auction to sell car registration plates.
The Directorate displayed 36 paintings with distinctive numbers in a number of governorates, except for the capital, Baghdad.
The amounts estimated by the bidders on the paintings ranged between 200-300 million dinars, while some numbers were withheld because they did not reach the estimated value.
