Zidane discusses with the head of "UNITAD" the cooperation regarding the crimes of "ISIS"

Baghdad: Al-Sabah,
the President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faiq Zaidan, discussed, yesterday, Tuesday, with the head of the International Special Investigation Team "UNITAD" Christian Richer, the continuation of cooperation regarding the crimes of the "ISIS" terrorist gangs.
The judiciary said in a statement, "The President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faiq Zaidan, received today the head of the International Special Investigation Team (UNITAD), Christian Richer." He added, "During the meeting, they discussed the continuation of cooperation between the judiciary and the international investigation team in collecting evidence related to the crimes of (ISIS) terrorist gangs." On the other hand, the Minister of Interior, Abd al-Amir al-Shammari, received yesterday, Tuesday, the Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Iraq, Jeanine Plaskhart, and stressed the importance of security stability for the country.
Al-Shammari's media office said in a statement, "The Minister of Interior received Blaskhart in his office and discussed a number of issues of common interest, emphasizing the importance of security stability for the country, and the role of the United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq in many fields."
He continued, "During this meeting, they also discussed the efforts of the Ministry of Interior to strengthen the national security system, as well as assisting the mission in its duties and tasks."
