    Centre for the Iraqi media network (IMN) — the Government began to
    prepare a new draft law to reduce the salaries and allowances of Cabinet
    officers and submitted it to Parliament for approval.

    The
    Federal Court decided the first day set aside a law reducing the
    salaries and allowances of Cabinet staff 2011 legislature
    unconstitutional.

    He said the legal adviser to Prime Minister
    Fadel Mohammed Jawad,, (IMN) "Cabinet officers returned their salaries
    as it was before the Act of reducing the salaries of Ministers after the
    investor meeting revoked the Federal Court as a breach of the
    Constitution covered employees outside the Cabinet."

    Mohammed
    Jawad "is heading the Council to prepare a draft of a new law to reduce
    the salaries of Cabinet allocations by the Government to be
    organized--the House will be transmitted for approval."

    "The
    Government has in the past organized legally, but House enters, and
    dividing into three laws which breach constitutional express".

    The
    Iraqi Foreign Ministry has appealed to the Federal Court Act to reduce
    the salaries of Cabinet allocations included ambassadors and staff in
    diplomatic missions.
