    {Politics: Al-Furat News} The National Security Advisor, Qassem Al-Araji, discussed today, Sunday, in Tehran, with the Secretary of the Iranian Supreme National Security Council, Ali Akbar Ahmadian, bilateral issues and ways of cooperation and full implementation of the security agreement between the two countries.
    According to the Iranian ISNA agency, Ahmadian, in receiving Al-Araji in Tehran, thanked the Iraqi government for its good cooperation and arrangements in holding the Arbaeen ceremony in the best possible way, as well as the generous hospitality of the Iraqi people, noting that the Arbaeen ceremony, in addition to important political and cultural dimensions and spiritual blessings, brings Between the two most Islamic and Shiite nations, Iran and Iraq.
    The Secretary of the Iranian Supreme National Security Council pointed out that the security agreement between the two countries guarantees the security of the two countries’ borders and a reasonable and appropriate road map to eliminate unsafe components in the two countries and the region. He stressed the strict and complete implementation of this agreement.
    Ahmadian referred to the Iranian-Iraqi agreements in various fields, especially the economic field, saying: There are many possibilities for comprehensive improvement of relations between the two countries in various sectors, which should be achieved through joint efforts and dual efforts.
    In this meeting, Al-Araji stressed the insistence of the Iraqi government and the National Security Institution on implementing the security agreement between the two countries and said: We will welcome and exploit every opportunity to develop and deepen relations between Tehran and Baghdad.
    National Security Advisor Qasim Al-Araji arrived in Tehran this morning at the head of a security delegation to complete the implementation of the security agreement between Iraq and Iran.
    On September 19, Defense Minister Thabet Al-Abbasi announced the deployment of Iraqi forces on the borders of the Kurdistan region with Iran, pointing out that the presence of Kurdish parties opposed to the Islamic Republic of Iran in Iraq is limited to only 5 camps deep within the territory of Iraq.
