Today, Monday, the 39th session of the Council of Arab Ministers of Justice began in Baghdad.
A Mawazine News correspondent said, "The work of the 39th session of the Council of Arab Ministers of Justice began today in Baghdad with the participation of a number of ministers and representatives of Arab justice ministries, in the presence of the Secretary-General of the Arab League, Ahmed Aboul Gheit."
He added, "Iraq assumed the presidency of the Council of Arab Ministers of Justice within the 39th session."
He mentions the work of the meeting of the Preparatory Committee for the Council of Arab Ministers of Justice, which began yesterday in Baghdad.
The meeting included Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the Emirates, Bahrain, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, Libya, in addition to Iraq, the host country.
A Mawazine News correspondent said, "The work of the 39th session of the Council of Arab Ministers of Justice began today in Baghdad with the participation of a number of ministers and representatives of Arab justice ministries, in the presence of the Secretary-General of the Arab League, Ahmed Aboul Gheit."
