    Information / Baghdad...
On Monday, member of the Parliamentary Security and Defense Committee, Ahmed Al-Moussawi, explained the mechanisms and methods for removing American forces from Iraq and emptying the military bases they occupy of any foreign presence, pointing out that there are diplomatic methods and others dependent on resistance operations to remove these forces.

Al-Moussawi told Al-Maalouma, “The government, in accordance with what is available to it under the law, must press for negotiations with Washington regarding the extent of Iraq’s need for foreign advisors for consultation only, but the presence of military forces is completely unacceptable.”
He added, "The technical committee was formed to negotiate with the American side, and if it agrees to remove all military forces and keep only advisors, then there will be an agreement that guarantees that the resistance factions will not move against them."
He stated, "If the aforementioned committee does not reach an agreement with Washington, the government must invest in the pressure exerted by the Islamic resistance to remove American forces from Iraq, as was previously invested in during the era of former Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki."
The Iraqi Islamic Resistance claimed responsibility for targeting the American bases in Ain al-Assad and Harir in Iraqi Kurdistan, and the Al-Tanf and Al-Malikiyah bases in Syria, while the American forces vowed more operations, stressing that they would not stand by and watch the genocide taking place against the Palestinians in Gaza. Ended/25 n
