[size=45]Within the framework of implementing the priorities of the government program and following up on solutions to provide housing, the Council of Ministers agreed to increase the ceiling of the loan amount for the Iraqi Housing Fund for beneficiaries of purchasing housing units from complexes that will be constructed exclusively by companies of the Ministry of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works, to be one hundred million dinars for each housing unit. The duration of the loan to purchase the aforementioned housing units will be increased to (20) years, based on the provisions of the aforementioned Fund Law (32 of 2011), and this decision will be implemented starting from the date of its issuance.[/size]
