The Ministry of Finance confirmed on Sunday that it is not responsible for the accumulation of goods of company owners and importers at the ports.
The Ministry stated in a statement, seen by Al-Iqtisad News, that “coinciding with the start of implementing automation in customs work in accordance with the standards of the global ASYCUDA system, the Minister of Finance, Taif Sami, called on import companies, exit agents, and merchants to join the training course on declaring via the ASYCUDA system for those who have not They receive training in advance by coming to the Customs Office at the Grand Welcome Square, which will start tomorrow, Monday, March 4, for a period of six days, taking with them an electronic calculator.
The Ministry noted that it is not responsible for the accumulation of goods of company owners and importers in the ports as a result of their failure to apply the electronic permit and the application of the electronic system in entering their goods.
