    [rtl]"99" Company, the first real estate developer in Iraq, stated that it is soon launching the "128 Residence" project, which is located in Baghdad, pointing out that the project focuses on providing green spaces and smart technology that is used for the first time in the country and provides luxury and high-quality protection.  [/rtl]

It comes from southern Baghdad, with the place connected to the city’s arterial roads. The project is completely smart, with smart apartments as well, so that the buildings enjoy the latest technology in construction, through the use of the global KNX system, which is used for the first time in Iraq and only in 99 Company projects, and it is the technology that can Serving and protecting residents through an electronic system that makes every detail of their lives easier by controlling everything through the phone only.”[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]She stressed, “The project is different in terms of the speed of completion, which exceeded 68%, and the high quality and delivery, as the project will deliver all its residential apartments in one stage and at one time.
