Shafaq News/ The European Union mission in Iraq welcomed, today, Thursday, the agreement reached by Baghdad and Erbil regarding funding the salaries of employees in the Kurdistan Region.
The [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Union Ambassador to the Republic of Iraq, Thomas Seiler, said in a post on the former “X-Twitter” website, “We believe that such agreements contribute to the stability of the Kurdistan Region and Iraq in general.”
He added that the European Union will continue to call on all actors to find mutually acceptable solutions.
Siler continued by saying: “I look forward to my visit to the Kurdistan region of Iraq in the next few weeks, and I am ready to listen and interact with all parties.”
