    The United States on Wednesday expressed its satisfaction at the resumption of negotiations between Baghdad and Erbil after more than three months. The welcome came through Foreign Secretary Rex Tilerson during a telephone conversation with the President of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Nechirvan Barzani. 
    The Kurdistan Regional Government, in a statement seen by the (range), "Tillerson expressed satisfaction with the meetings and constructive meetings held between the delegations of the Kurdistan region and the Iraqi government to resolve the problems," reiterated "his country's readiness to support the dialogue between Arbil and Baghdad." 
    The Tillerson, according to the statement, "the importance of coordination and cooperation greater between the Kurdistan region and the federal government and America, to face any risks after the end of the urging and reduce the re-emergence of any kind of violence," expressing his hope that "the Kurdistan Regional Government succeed in the face of crises, And stressed the support of his country in this regard. "
    In turn, Barzani thanked the US Secretary of State for efforts and support for the region. Barzani stressed that "there is still the risk of re-emergence of violence," and felt that "it is necessary that the three parties, the Kurdistan region and the Iraqi federal government and America, a common mechanism to address him at the present time and in the future." 
    Barzani explained that "the Kurdistan region was always ready to start dialogue and address the problems with Baghdad," describing conversations of the delegations of Erbil and Baghdad in the past days as "positive", stressing that "support these dialogues from all parties in order to make more progress."
