[rtl]Baghdad / NINA / The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Oil for Gas Affairs, Izzat Saber, praised the efforts of the employees of the North Gas Company after they completed the replacement of the flare head for the main complex of the North Gas Company, and carried out maintenance work in record time.
The Ministry stated in a statement, “The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Oil for Gas Affairs supervised the maintenance operations of the North Gas Company’s processing complex
and quoted the Undersecretary as saying: The maintenance work aims to sustain and stabilize the production process, to achieve a high flow in equipping the electrical power generation stations for the northern region with dry gas at an average quantity.” It ranges from (250-280) cubic meters (one million standard cubic feet per day).
Saber pointed out that “the rehabilitation operations were carried out with a national effort, and that the flame device (flare) and the necessary devices and equipment were approved and equipped according to the technical specifications approved by one of the reputable specialized international companies.” For his part, the Director General of the North Gas Company, Ahmed Abdel Majeed, said: The national effort from the Engineering, Technical, Energy ,
Production, and Materials Authority of the company and its supporting bodies has achieved an important achievement in the process of replacing the flare head (flare) for the main gas processing complex in the Gas Company. Al-Shamal, which represents an important detail in periodic maintenance operations, in addition to rehabilitating the propane capacitor, cleaning and maintaining vessels and tanks, and replacing damaged pipe sections, indicating that maintenance operations aim to sustain the operational process and stabilize the treatment and processing operations for the beneficiaries.”
He added, "The complex processes and invests the gas associated with the North Oil Company's fields, and then carries out the operations of equipping electrical power generation stations and other concerned parties."/ End H
