    Said Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, Saturday, that Iraq is not bankrupt, while noting that the country is facing a cash problem because of the decline in world oil prices.

    Ebadi said in the speech, delivered on the occasion of sovereignty, and I followed with “Alsumaria News”, “Iraq is not a bankrupt state, because a lot of good things and energies and capabilities,” but he also said “we are facing in this year’s cash problem.”
    “The Council of Ministers was able to pass the state budget for the next year in 2015, has been read by the House of Representatives first reading,” expected at the same time that “things are better than expected.”
    The House of Representatives ended on Thursday (December 25, 2014), the first reading of the budget bill, which is received from the Council of gMinisters, and raise its own special budget to the seventh of January.
    The cabinet approved, in (December 23, 2014), the adoption of the draft general budget for the 2015 law, and Hjhma reached 123 trillion dinars, while a ministerial committee to make some arrangements for the form before you send it to the House of Representatives.

    Hmmm Maybe this is a clue to us he is going to fix it. since he is speaking to people of Iraq and he is
    fixing everything else .. I like the tone of this article alot.
