    Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) -The Iraqi Vice President, Khudhaiyr al-Khuzai received at his office in Baghdad, the credentials of the new Japanese Ambassador to Iraq, Masato Takaoka.
    A statement by Khuzai’s office received by IraqiNews.com cited that “During the ceremony of receiving the credentials, two sides discussed the Iraqi-Japanese bilateral relations and means of enhancing them.”
    “The VP Khuzai called the Japanese companies to participate in rebuilding Iraq especially Japan has the most well-established companies in the world,” the statement added.
    “For his part, the Japanese Ambassador stressed his country’s willingness to establish best relations with Iraq,” according to the statement.
